Queen Anne & Magnolia Neighborhoods, Seattle, WA
Queen
Anne, rising 456 feet above sea level, is one of the city's
most popular, and expensive, neighborhoods. Homes styles
vary from turn-of-the-century Tudor & Queen Anne mansions
and craftmans to modern & contemporary designs.
Located
just north of downtown, residents enjoy the proximity to
downtown amenities and many of the city's cultural and recreational
centers. On
the south end of Queen Anne is the Seattle Center, home
to the Space Needle, Pacific Northwest Ballet, the Intiman
Theatre, the Science Center, the Sonic's home games and
year-round cultural and musical events. Additionally, Seattle's
famed Teatro Zinnani is relocating to the area.
Magnolia
offers a variety of housing from mansions with sweeping
vistas to entry-level condos to apartments. Discovery Park,
Seattle's largest at 534 acres, and Fisherman's Terminal
call Magnolia home.
